Comfortably located in the community of Pritchett, you will have easy access to Gilmer, Gladewater, known as the "Antique Capital of East Texas", Tyler, known for their roses and Azalea trails, and don't forget to visit Kilgore and Longview, both are just a short distance away. All of these cities offer a variety of festivals and fairs throughout the year, but Tyler hosts "Trades Days" the 3rd weekend of each month.
